Key Job Functions
- Plan, create, and publish polished blog, website, email, and press release content across various social channels
- Proactively identify and develop Company and account marketing content and strategies
- Own timelines and relentlessly drive to results
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and account team members to develop and deliver relevant marketing content
- Drive all company award submissions, communications, and surveys
- Identify opportunities to bring consistency to our brand
- Analyze social media engagement to determine growth and engagement patterns
- Support Recruiting team in marketing job opportunities both internally and externally
- Grow marketing automation capabilities through Salesforce
- Support the design and development of new websites
- Own website content and SEO strategies
- Manage and maintain comprehensive content calendar, awards, and other trackers
- Maintain marketing budget
- Partner with graphic designer on all internal and external content
Qualifications
- 4 years of strategic marketing and brand management experience
- Mortgage Lending and Servicing experience
- Agile software design, development, and delivery experience
- Stellar time management and organization skills to execute large- and small-scale projects and initiatives on time
- Deep expertise with social media channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Experience with Adobe Suite Products, Salesforce, Hootsuite, and MS Office products

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of related experience.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with the mortgage industry to include working knowledge of mortgage data.
