We are nimble and look at ourselves critically. We started out being all things for all people, selling whatever a customer would buy. Since we formed our company, we have fundamentally changed, creating focus and specialization in mortgage technology. We are open to change. We seek change. Unlike many of our competitors, we never get stale.

Nov. 2017 to present

U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) selected us to modernize their servicing oversight program and replace the current VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface (VALERI). We have a long relationship with the VA Loan Guaranty Service, having implemented the original solution back in 2008. Even before the implementation, we led the business process redesign team that implemented the largest regulatory revision in the history of the program. As a significant subcontractor to Accenture Federal Services (AFS), we lead functional aspects of the program. We lead agile teams, support the customer change process, test software, and do what it takes to make the project successful.
May 2015 to present

Mortgage Technology Provider

A mortgage technology provider chose us to help launch a new mortgage origination technology solution to help their customers comply with the TRID regulation. We partnered with this customer to successfully launch this new product supporting the entire process from design, requirements, testing, and implementation. In addition, we helped implement best practices across the software delivery process to include project management, program management and quality assurance.
Nov. 2017 to April 2018

Top Ten Mortgage Company

A top mortgage company needed help to implement a servicing workflow solution to fill gaps left by their servicing platform. This complex, multi-year phased implementation required careful planning and ferocious focus on delivering a big return in their investment. We helped design the new processes, coached the customer on “gotchas,” implemented best practices, and helped ensure they were able to reach their initial goals.

Fortune 500 Financial Services Company
