Great Place to Work measured over 200,000 employees survey responses in companies with 100 to 999 team members in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees in the Trust Index™ survey. The survey allows team members to share anonymous quantitative and qualitative feedback on company culture through 60 statements measured on a five-point scale and two open-ended questions. These statements assess “employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie” as stated by Great Place to Work.
