This list recognizes the top 50 privately-owned companies in the Washington, D.C. area that exhibited continued growth throughout the past three years and COVID-19 pandemic. PhoenixTeam saw a 93.68% average change. 

This honor is the fifth recognition PhoenixTeam received from the Washington Business Journal.
