GenAI Engineer/ GenAI Solutions Architect

How you will make an impact:

As a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Engineer or Solutions Architect, having a deep understanding of AI/ML models, experience deploying and fine-tuning generative AI solutions, and the ability to match the right models to specific business cases, you will be responsible for the implementation, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions and contributing to the strategy for the AI-driven innovations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on generative AI solutions.
  • Evaluate and select AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
  • Fine-tune, optimize and implement pre-trained models to solve business problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
  • Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Ensure AI solutions are compliant with relevant ethical standards and data governance requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies and evaluate new tools and techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership on AI-related projects and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, AI or related field
  • Proven experience in implementing and deploying AI/ML models, particularly generative AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT), their applications, and evaluation approaches
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and AI/ML tools (e.g., Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Hands-on experience with fine tuning and optimizing pre-trained models for specific tasks.
  • Knowledge of different AI architectures and their use cases (e.g., transformers, VAE’s, GANs).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and model monitoring in production.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent teamwork, project management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or multi-modal AI use cases
  • Experience with mortgage or financial services processes.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with compliance and ethical AI practices.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into web applications or other software platforms.

Pay & Benefits:

  • 💰 Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $140,000-$160,000 and is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
