Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate AI/ML projects by engaging with stakeholders to define objectives, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement and fine-tune generative AI and ML models (e.g., GPT, BERT) with guidance from more specialized team members as needed.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as the primary technical communicator and liaison for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment between project stakeholders.
- Learn and adopt new AI techniques and tools as needed to expand solution capabilities, with opportunities for on-the-job training and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, AI or related field
- Proven experience leading technical projects in a role that require collaboration with diverse stakeholders, ideally including clients, across various levels of technical understanding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive alignment, facilitate discussions, and translate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with generative AI and ML concepts 9e.g., large language models, fine-tuning) and willingness to expand technical expertise in these areas through training.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, of GCP) and deploying pre-trained models, with support from team members as needed.
- Track record of successful project delivery in a technical role, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and outcome measurement.
- Excellent teamwork, project management, and communication skills

Pay & Benefits:
- 💰 Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 and is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
