Midway through USDA’s Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS) implementation, the Agency shifted to Fannie Mae DU MISMO 3.4 v1.8.1 for easier adoption. Phoenix joined to lead end-to-end testing—developing strategy, scripts, defect tracking, and reporting. Our role quickly expanded to full functional story testing in partnership with the Rural Housing SFHNO team. Within a year, GUS was live, and we ensured SFHNO had the tools to sustain high-quality UAT going forward.

When VA Loan Guaranty needed a trusted partner to modernize their servicing oversight system (VALERI-R), they turned to us to plan, design, and deliver 508-compliant training to thousands of servicers and 350+ VA staff. We led virtual sessions, recorded 10 on-demand modules, and created hands-on Salesforce sandbox exercises. To support ongoing learning, we built a comprehensive online User Guide using Salesforce Knowledge. This training played a key role in the successful 2019 launch of VALERI-R.
